My packages start at £259 and run to £1,499, depending on how many pages you need and how much custom functionality sits behind them. For context, freelance rates commonly land around £1,200 to £3,000, and agencies typically start higher again. Every quote is fixed before work begins, so the number in the proposal is the number you pay.
It genuinely depends on scope. A small site is usually two to three weeks; a larger one with custom functionality runs to three to six. You get a fixed date in the proposal before any work starts, and regular updates if anything about it changes.
Once I'm done, you own everything: the code, the repository, the lot. I keep a copy of the repository for my own reference, but nothing is licensed back to me and nothing needs my permission.
Yes. Every site I build is documented and handed over with a walkthrough, so you can change copy and content yourself. If you would rather not, just ask me.
